Centex Green NSWR 500 Easy-Cleaning, Invisible, 0% VOC stone and tile treatment
Product Description
Centex Green’s NSWR 500 is the most environmentally friendly and longest lasting treatment available for stone and tile flooring. NSWR 500 bonds at the molecular level below the surface and forms an invisible, extremely tight, breathable surface matrix, preventing water and stain damage effectively for 5-10 years. The result is a self-cleaning treatment that keeps stone and tile flooring surfaces looking new and clean for a long time.
NSWR 500 is designed to provide all the benefits of traditional organic sealer formulas without relying on organic chemistry technology that is used in most sealers. It is truly a treatment rather than a sealer because it is not mechanically bonding with capillaries and pores of the tile or stone unnaturally and trying to seal them, but instead integrating with these natural minerals at a molecular level. It never chips or peels and can be infinitely re-conditioned with inexpensive conditioning coats every few years or as needed in high traffic areas. UV rays will not damage the performance of NSWR 500 which is common in most sealer technologies available. It is durable enough to use on floors or walls in the harshest high-traffic and outdoor environments.
